We will accept exchanges of items of equal value within 15 days of receiving your order with the exception of North Face products and personalized merchandise which are final sale. You will be responsible for the shipping charges back to the Store and shipment of the new item.  

Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect or damaged product to you will be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. We will issue a shipping label to you for return of the product. 

 Sale of all clearance and event specific merchandise is final. Merchandise that has been personalized will not be accepted for return or exchange at any time.
